Ranjan Seneviratne

Partner

Mr. Seneviratne holds an LL.B. and LL.M. from University of Colombo. He is an Attorney-at-law and a Solicitor of England & Wales with a practice spanning over 18 years. Before joining the firm, Mr. Seneviratne held the positions of Director Legal and Company Secretary of a multinational corporation, including postings overseas in a senior legal role. Mr. Seneviratne also has extensive experience in defending companies in respect of all litigation and dispute resolution matters with creditors, debtors, and shareholders of such companies.

Zara Mandviwalla Akbarally

Consultant

Mrs. Akbarally holds an LLB (Hons) from SOAS University of London, and is a barrister holding membership with the Honourable Society of Lincolns Inn.  Mrs. Akbarally has extensive experience of corporate and commercial law, in particular mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, strategic planning, project finance, contract law and negotiations. Mrs. Akbarally has worked as consultant on transaction structuring, advising on foreign exchange investment as well as drafting and negotiating transaction documents.
